Major Responsibilities of Jio Fiber Home Sales Officer are:

Identify and prioritize localities/areas for home and micro segment

Ensure accurate building attributes mapping and updation in system

Acquire buildings and permissions as per specified norms

Drive customer engagement and communication campaigns

Identify, acquire and onboard customers through CAF collection, DKYC and ORN generation

Manage end to end customer lifecycle
