Job Description:
• Production
Support for software applications
• Create technical documentation for applications
• Coordinate with end user team
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Data Centre Operations
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT Assets, business applications, supporting
IT infrastructure and facilities - hardware/software/network devices and other
IT assets etc. indicating their business critically.
• Asset procurement and maintenance on the tool
• Asset related forms to be maintained
• Asset allocation and surrender using tool
• Asset tagging including allocation to an employee/ team, identification of
asset
• Labelling of assets
• Physical verification of IT assets using Asset Tool
