Experience :

Fresher or 6 months experience in PreSales, BPO or similar profile

 

Salary: 

12000-15000 Gross, depending on the experience (includes PF + ESIC + Bus facility)

Designation:

Customer Service Associate

 

Qualification:

HSC Passed and above

 

Language: 

English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu

 

Working Window: 

8am-12am with 8 hours working (Rotational shifts)

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Should be ready to work for the Voice & Non-voice process. (Inbound/Outbound)

Must have a good command & fluency in English & Telugu

Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.

Ready for rotational shift & rotational week offs.

Immediate joiners preferred
