We are seeking a Chat Team Advisor with exceptional multitasking skills to handle multiple customers simultaneously while displaying the right intent and taking ownership of customer inquiries. The role also involves making outbound calls to customers, based on chat flow availability and customer/query requirements.

Requirements:

- Any 12^th and Graduates only

- Good communication skills

- 80% chats 20% outbound calling

- 9am -10pm window shift ( Rotational )

- min. 6 months experience with chat

- Typing speed (25wpm - 35wpm)

- Incentive 15k per month (performance based)
